Getting Started
CharacterForge offers three ways to create characters:
- ✦Visual Builder: Click through categories to customize every aspect of your character
- ✦AI Generation: Describe your character in words and let AI create it instantly
- ✦Smart Randomizer: Generate random characters with style presets for cohesive designs
Using the Visual Builder
- 1Navigate Categories: Click on category buttons (Body Type, Face, Hairstyle, etc.) in the left sidebar
- 2Select Options: Choose from available options shown as thumbnails
- 3See Live Preview: Your character updates instantly in the center preview area
- 4Lock Features: Click the lock icon to preserve specific features during randomization
- 5Add Profile Details: Fill in character name, personality, backstory in the right panel
AI Character Generation

Pro Tip: Get the best AI results by being specific and descriptive!
- ✦Be Specific: Mention hair color, eye color, clothing style, and accessories
- ✦Set the Style: Specify if you want fantasy, modern, sci-fi, or anime aesthetic
- ✦Include Personality: Add character traits for richer, more detailed profiles
- ✦Describe Their Role: Mention if they're a warrior, mage, explorer, hacker, etc.
